A sudden craving for French toast nudged me to finally write about this long overdue review. I may not be the most credible person to do food reviews (as a friend once said, “Don’t ask her, she likes everything!”) but since my friends who joined me gave a similar feedback, I’m confident on this one. To cut the long story short, everything we ate at the Early Bird Breakfast Club – Eastwood branch is worthy of a recommendation! Good thing Paolo had his cam ready and took nice shots to document everything. 🙂 Here are some highlights of our experience:

Early Bird Breakfast Club Eastwood branch
The logo represents the place well — it sets you in a bright and sunny mood! 🙂
We were welcomed by the restaurant's beautiful interiors in sweet yet lively colors. I particularly loved the white calligraphy on the wall. :)

The details complete the homey feel of the place. 🙂
The menu came in newspaper form. Perfectly fit for the breakfast theme!

Oops, I forgot what the exact flavor of this coffee was but prices ranged from Php 90-145.
Early Bird Breakfast Club Eastwood Branch French toast fondue
The FRENCH TOAST FONDUE was priced at Php 210. This tasted so much like their regular French toast, only crunchy! 🙂 The crunchy sticks were served with cinnamon sugar, maple syrup, and melted chocolate in egg shells. Yummm!
YIN & YANG CHAMPORADO – marked as a bestseller! This Php 275-meal was beautifully served in a mason jar. Forming the yin & yang symbol are rich Belgian white and dark chocolate rice. It was served with sweet toasted dilis on the side.
My order – the CHOCO BANANA BERRY FRENCH TOAST (Php 295). I super loved the combination of Nutella, bananas, and blueberry jam in between caramelized French toast slices. (Heehee, if only it wasn’t socially improper, I would have licked the leftover syrup off my plate!)
This wasn't my order but I was told it was good! And it also looked good! Haha, this Christmas offering in their menu (I remember there was a Santa hat symbol so I'm not sure if this is offered all year-round) was a good marriage between puto bumbong and pancakes. And that's coconut whipped cream with fresh strawberry right there!
Last but not the least, here’s EBBC’s original creation – the PUTO BUMBONG PANCAKES (Php 325). This wasn’t my order but I was told it was good! And it also looked mouthwateringly good too! Haha, this Christmas offering in their menu (I remember there was a Santa hat symbol so I’m not sure if this is offered all year-round) was a good marriage between puto bumbong and pancakes with coconut whipped cream with fresh strawberry right there!
