'LoiRome' Revelations on the Set of Wansapanataym 'Candy's Crush'

Last Monday, June 20, the newest Kapamilya loveteam of Loisa Andalio and Jerome Ponce faced the press and bloggers during a set visit to share their latest project with ABS-CBN and Dreamscape Entertainment, Wansapanataym presents Candy’s Crush. Now known as LoiRome, Loisa and Jerome were both surprised to topbill the series and be paired as a loveteam. The two who already exude the closeness of good friends got to work with each other in the hit afternoon series Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita? with Vina Morales, Christian Vasquez, and their previous loveteam partners, Jane Oineza and Joshua Garcia.

During the interview, the two talked about the friendship they built through their previous project, the plot of their new series, and Jerome unexpectedly admitted having a crush on Loisa (watch our Snapchat story for the clips and some behind-the scenes sneak peek). Given that the Wansapanataym story revolves around the use of a love potion or gayuma, Jerome and Loisa were asked a question that went like, “If you could use a love potion on anyone in real life, whom would you use it on?” Loisa, although a bit hesitant to answer and expressed her fear of possibly getting bashed by KathNiel fans, named Daniel Padilla for her answer while Jerome readily said it would have to be Erich Gonzales for him. Gotta love LoiRome’s honesty.
