LOOK: Scarlet Snow Belo Joins Private Miss Universe Viewing Party as a Little Beauty Queen

Dra. Vicki Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho‘s daughter Scarlet is one of the most loved celebrity kids online. Yesterday, when photos of the little girl (more popularly known online by her full name Scarlet Snow Belo) looking like a miniature Miss Philippines and Miss Universe came out, she became even more adorable.  Scarlet joined her family’s private viewing party of the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.

It would be no surprise  if Scarlet becomes a beauty queen someday. Her online videos are proof that she’s beauty and the brains.
