LOOK: Ai Ai Delas Alas Expands Food Business with Her ‘Ai-sian Fusion’ Hybrid Restaurant
In an intimate bloggers’ conference, Comedy Concert Queen Ai Ai Delas Alas welcomed us into her newest restaurant at the 4th level of Ayala Malls Cloverleaf — the Ai-sian Fusion (Ai is a signature part of her business names!). The place boasts of a cozy ambiance with modern Asian interiors and a menu offering a wide range of Filipino-Asian dishes (Fil-Japanese, Fil-Chinese, Fil-Korean, etc.).
Ai-sian Fusion is Ai Ai’s first branch inside a mall. After more than a month of being operational, the actress-entrepreneur is happy with the business performance that she is set to adopt a similar setup next time. She admitted that this branch is more upscale than her other food spots and has a different target market. Asked why her ventures always involve food, Ai Ai shared that it’s because food is a necessity and admitted that return of investment is faster based on experience. As she expands her food business, Ai Ai eyes on opening for franchise in the future.
